Title: Licensed Professional Counselor
Salary: $65K to $100K per year. Contract position.

Passages Counseling Group, PLLC is currently seeking full-time independent Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC’s) who are fully licensed in the state of Texas and are interested in becoming a part of our growing counseling center.
Passages Counseling Group, PLLC is a comprehensive and multidisciplinary mental health facility that was developed to meet the needs of individuals and families struggling with behavioral and addiction issues in the Rio Grande Valley. It is our hearts’ desire to reach out to those in our community and underserved areas and provide the highest quality of holistic behavioral health care. We provide counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, and families struggling with various behavioral health issues. We offer in person counseling and telehealth. We receive referrals from behavioral health hospitals, state agencies, medical professionals, and other community resources.
Counselors have the opportunity to grow professionally and establish their own work schedule. Current Texas State license to practice and independent malpractice insurance is required. Spanish speaking is required. 1 year of experience working as an LPC is required.

LPC's must exemplify integrity, accountability, innovation, and passionate client care service. LPC's must adhere to all clinical, ethical standards and Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors Rules and Regulations. Must have experience working with children ages 5 years and up and/or adults.
We offer competitive reimbursements. 70% of reimbursements paid to therapists. Most of our counselors earn between $70,000-$100,000 on a full-time basis.
